This 8oz bottle of syrup comes from the last 2024 run and predominantly from the Indiana Black Maple trees that are a part of the urban sugarbush that is in the Ravenswood neighborhood near the banks of the White River.  Limited production and deep, rich maple tones in this Dark Amber product.
