This is a hot-sauce bottle sized maple syrup bottle that contains pure, maple syrup.  It is really light, nice pouring syrup and 100% pure.  Organic and perfectly sweet.  It is made from a blend of black maple, Indiana sap from the river bottom soils in Ravenswood in Indianapolis and Central Ohio sugar maples.
